The Blackboard Pub and Restaurant associated within the Beansheaf Hotel is one of the best places to eat in Pickering and Malton. The Blackboard is a country pub open all day serving a range of drinks and good pub food in a family friendly atmosphere.
The menu consists of homemade Great British classics together with restaurant specials displayed on two giant blackboards. We buy all our meat, fish and vegetables from small, local suppliers to ensure we serve the best and freshest local produce. We have a good range of vegetarian dishes and are able to cater for special diets upon request.
The Blackboard is one of the best restaurants for families in Pickering. There are 3 children’s menus ranging from under 5s to young adults. All kids' meals include a free colouring and activity pack.
